During an inspection at the site located at: 50a Jayyla Baatyra Street, it was found that the developer had installed a concrete pump on the pedestrian sidewalk, which does not comply with the master plan. There was no safe zone with barriers organized around the operating machinery, and there were no responsible persons present to ensure pedestrian safety. Furthermore, representatives of the engineering and technical service were not present at the site during the work.
As a result of the inspection, a written warning was issued to the construction company OsOO "Royal Construction" and the contractor. Appropriate measures are being taken regarding the identified violations.
