He noted that highly qualified architects and technologists capable of implementing the project were invited to the ministry. Their salaries were set according to market conditions.
As an example, the deputy minister mentioned Nurlan Choroев, an employee of the Ministry of Construction, who conducted topographic surveys over an area of more than 4,000 hectares. Choroев receives a salary of 477,000 soms.
“There are only 8 technologists in the country capable of performing such a task,” he added.
These figures were announced during the discussion of the pricing policy for services and works of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of Kyrgyzstan, as well as in the context of rising prices in the construction sector.
