A Municipal Meat Shop Opened in Naryn
The main concept of the shop's operation is to eliminate intermediaries: the meat comes directly from local farmers to consumers. This not only reduces the final cost of products for consumers but also creates favorable conditions for agricultural producers by allowing them to access the market directly. This initiative aims to support vulnerable groups of the population and prevent a sharp rise in meat prices in the region.
The ministry emphasizes that all products offered undergo strict control and meet safety standards. The positive experience of Naryn is planned to be extended to other regions of the country, and similar municipal shops will soon appear in various parts of Kyrgyzstan. This initiative is part of a long-term strategy aimed at ensuring food security, supporting local producers, and strengthening the resilience of the domestic market.
