In Kyrgyzstan, 43 projects have been implemented with the support of the Japanese agency JICA

In Bishkek, a meeting was held between the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan, Adylbek Kasymaliev, and Yoshifumi Yoshikawa, Vice President of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
According to the government press service, various projects implemented in Kyrgyzstan with the support of JICA were discussed at the meeting. It was noted that the initiatives implemented have contributed to improving the living standards of citizens.

The "One Village - One Product" project and the JDS scholarship program provided by the Japanese government were highlighted as examples of successful and long-term cooperation.

In addition, during the negotiations, the parties reviewed the current status of several projects related to the provision of grant and technical assistance in areas such as transportation, healthcare, energy, and human resource development.

It is worth noting that to date, 43 projects have been implemented in Kyrgyzstan with the support of JICA. This year marks the 25th anniversary of the agency's representation in Bishkek.
