
According to the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan and exchange points in Bishkek, there is a decrease in the official rates of the dollar, ruble, and Chinese yuan, while the euro continues to rise in price. The Kazakh tenge remains stable.
US Dollar Rate:
- Official rate from the NB KR: 87.449 soms (decrease of 0.001 percent).
- Average rate in exchange offices: buying — 87.34 soms, selling — 87.8 soms.
Euro Rate:
- Official rate from the NB KR: 103.7189 soms (increase of 0.07 percent). This is a new record for January and the highest value since the beginning of 2025.
- Average rate in exchange offices: buying — 104.25 soms, selling — 105.25 soms.
Russian Ruble Rate:
- Official rate from the NB KR: 1.1436 soms (decrease of 0.88 percent).
- Average rate in exchange offices: buying — 1.13 soms, selling — 1.165 soms.
Kazakh Tenge Rate:
- Official rate from the NB KR: 0.1742 soms (remained unchanged).
- Average rate in exchange offices: buying — 0.1484 soms, selling — 0.1832 soms.
Chinese Yuan Rate:
- Official rate from the NB KR: 12.5713 soms (decrease of 0.001 percent).
- Average rate in exchange offices: buying — 12.5 soms, selling — 13.1 soms.
