The Ministry of Agriculture has been appointed as the executor of this project, with the implementation period set from the first quarter of 2026 to the fourth quarter of 2030.
During this period, the ministry is also tasked with developing a draft resolution for the Cabinet on subsidizing the implementation of drip and sprinkler irrigation systems in the Issyk-Kul region, which will cover up to 40% of the cost of such systems. This is aimed at the rational use of water resources and the modernization of the irrigation system.
