As part of a personal reception for farmers that took place today, Bakyt Torobaev, who holds the position of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, participated in discussions on important issues regarding the tax burden for agricultural producers. This information was provided by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In addition to farmers from various regions, the meeting also included deputy ministers and representatives of the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The farmers raised issues related to taxation, emphasizing the problems that arise during tax calculations. They requested a review of existing tax assessments and the possibility of their adjustment in accordance with current legislation.
Torobaev listened to all the appeals and instructed representatives of the State Tax Service to thoroughly investigate the raised issues and develop proposals for their revision within the legal framework.
He noted that supporting farmers and rural producers is an important direction of state policy and promised to continue working on resolving agricultural issues in cooperation with the relevant authorities.
The Ministry of Agriculture also added that all citizens were pre-registered through the public reception office and attended the meeting according to the established schedule.
