In commercial real estate, the average price is 135.5 thousand soms, while for apartments, this figure is 126.3 thousand soms per square meter. For social facilities, the price is set at 74.7 thousand soms, whereas the minimum cost is observed in administrative real estate, amounting to 63.17 soms per sq. m.
