How Apartment Prices in Bishkek Grew in 2025. Infographic

According to the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography under the government (GASRKG), in Bishkek, the average cost of one square meter of residential space increased by 23.8% from January to December 2025.

At the end of December 2025, the price per square meter reached 126,277 soms, while at the beginning of the year it was 101,991 soms.

It is important to note that the information about housing prices posted on real estate websites may not always reflect the actual amounts of transactions registered in the State Register. This agency indicates average market prices based on data about buying and selling. However, it is not uncommon for sellers and buyers to understate prices when concluding transactions.
