Two pilots died as a result of the incident, and Air Canada specialists are currently notifying their families, Garcia reported.
The Bombardier CRJ-900 aircraft of Air Canada Express, which arrived from Montreal, collided with a fire truck located on the airport premises. The causes of this tragic event have not yet been established, and LaGuardia Airport is temporarily closed.
