
Preliminary information indicates that the incident took place on March 22 at around 11:40 PM local time. The Bombardier CRJ-900 aircraft, which was arriving from Montreal, was taxiing on the runway after landing when the accident occurred with the ground service.

It is reported that at least two emergency service personnel sustained serious injuries. There were about 100 passengers on board, all of whom had to be evacuated. Information about injuries among them is being clarified.
According to published images, the nose of the aircraft sustained significant damage.
It is known that at the time of the incident, heavy rain and poor visibility were observed in the airport area.
After the incident, LaGuardia Airport temporarily suspended operations, and incoming flights were redirected to other airports. The airport is expected to resume operations shortly.
