In the foothills of the Khangai Mountains and the Altai Mountains, temperatures are expected to range from -16 to -21 °C, in the southwestern part of the Gobi from -11 to -16 °C, and in the rest of the country from -21 to -26 °C.
In Ulaanbaatar, variable cloudiness without precipitation is forecasted, with a northwesterly wind at a speed of 2–7 meters per second, and air temperatures will fluctuate between -21 and -23 °C, which is 3 degrees higher than the previous day. At 5 AM, the temperature in the city was -31 °C, relative humidity reached 68%, and atmospheric pressure was 877 hPa, remaining stable throughout the day.
