- In Rostov-on-Don, local residents and monitoring Telegram channels report explosions and the activation of air defense systems. Mayor Alexander Skryabin confirmed damage to several apartment buildings as a result of the airstrike.

- The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) reported the uncovering of corruption related to one of the leaders of the factions in the Verkhovna Rada. According to media reports, this concerns Yulia Tymoshenko.
