In the last 24 hours, foreign news agencies have reported on key events in Ukraine and beyond, amid ongoing military actions. Here are the main points.

• Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky presented draft laws to the Verkhovna Rada that provide for the extension of martial law and general mobilization. The current martial law regime expires on February 3, and the new initiatives propose an extension for three months, until early May.
• Norway is providing Ukraine with emergency assistance of 340 million euros aimed at supporting the energy sector and the state budget.
• Timur Tkachenko, head of the Kyiv military administration, reported a nighttime attack by Russian troops on Kyiv using ballistic missiles.
• Explosions were reported on Monday evening in Odesa and Pavlograd in the Dnipropetrovsk region, according to local media and authorities.
• As of the end of November 2025, 4.33 million Ukrainians have received temporary protection status in European Union countries. In November, the number of refugees increased by 30,000.
