• The energy company DTEK reported numerous "localized accidents" in Kyiv caused by damage to critical infrastructure against the backdrop of freezing weather.
• Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, appealed to Western partners to expedite the delivery of missiles for air defense systems.
