The USA is withdrawing from 66 international organizations

Trump noted that many of these organizations contribute to the spread of radical climate policies, global governance, and ideological initiatives that contradict the sovereignty and economic stability of the USA, according to a statement on the official White House website.

The press release also mentions that Americans have "spent billions" of dollars supporting international organizations while receiving "minimal results".

Additionally, the White House press service reminded that at the beginning of Trump's second presidential term, the USA had already withdrawn from a number of international agreements, including the World Health Organization (WHO), the Paris Climate Agreement, the UN Human Rights Council, and the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).
