The competitions took place in Saint Petersburg (Russia) on March 14 and 15. More than 70 gymnasts from 19 countries participated, competing in both individual programs and group exercises.
Kyrgyzstan was represented by seniors Bella Kudaybergenova, Sofia Melnychuk, Ariana Keliotis, Aylun Suerkulova, and Nazik Kuttubekova.
"As a result of the tournament, our team took two third places - in the all-around program and in the finals with five balls. This is a great success for our entire country," said the head coach of Kyrgyzstan, Natalia Rentel.
The coaching staff includes head coach Natalia Rentel, as well as Angelina Voronkevich and Yasmina Nasirova.
It is worth noting that the Kyrgyzstan team in group exercises previously also took first place at the licensed International Gymnastics Federation tournament Bigser Cup.
