The cycling team from Kyrgyzstan had another start in Europe

The Lokomotiv Manas cycling team from Kyrgyzstan continues its performances in Europe.

On March 8, the team participated in the one-day cycling race Poreč Classic, held in Croatia.

The length of the route was 141.6 kilometers, with a total elevation gain of 1362 meters. A total of 161 cyclists participated in the race.

Ilya Savekin was the best representative of the team, finishing in 23rd place.

The Cycling Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic reported: “Unfortunately, one of our team’s riders was involved in a crash during the competition, but despite this, he continued the race and finished in 128th place.”

From March 12 to 15, the Lokomotiv Manas cycling team will compete in the multi-day race Istrian Spring Race in Croatia.
