The following amendments were made to the document:
1) In paragraph 3, after the phrase “State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic,” the following was added: “except for the directorates for sports, the Directorate for Anti-Doping ‘National Anti-Doping Center,’ the Republican Sports College named after Sheraly Sydykov, the Regional School of Olympic Reserve, specialized children and youth schools of Olympic reserve ‘Yntymak,’ ‘Taymanbas,’ ‘Kuluk,’”;
2) Appendix 10 to the specified resolution was revised in accordance with the new appendix to this document.
The Ministry of Finance was instructed to take these changes into account when revising the republican budget for 2026.
This resolution came into force on January 1, 2026.

Note:
The seniority allowance for sports instructors is determined in accordance with the approved regulations, as well as for work in high-altitude and remote areas.
7. Sizes of allowances to the official salaries of coaching and teaching staff
Coaches and teachers working in the Directorate for Olympic Sports, specialized children's and youth schools of Olympic reserve, and others receive an allowance of 15% of their official salary for professional mastery.
Those who hold the honorary title of "Honored Worker of Physical Culture and Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic," for seniority and work in difficult conditions, will also be entitled to allowances in accordance with the current regulations.
Coaches and teachers with titles of "Honored Coach of the Kyrgyz Republic" or "Honored Master of Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic" will receive an allowance of 800 soms.
For each athlete prepared for the Republican Sports College named after Sheraly Sydykov and the Regional School of Olympic Reserve, the coach will receive an additional payment of up to 10% of the salary for the entire period of their training. For transferring athletes to the Directorate for Olympic Sports - up to 20% for each athlete.
The official salaries of coaches are increased for preparing athletes who have shown high results over the year, in the following amounts:
