- First of all, I want to express my deep sympathy to the child and her family. Injuries in sports always present a serious challenge, and the safety of young athletes is our top priority. We understand all the emotions and the resonance caused by this situation. It should also be noted that rhythmic gymnastics is a sport with a high degree of injury risk and requires significant physical effort. Even with strict adherence to all rules and training methods, it is impossible to completely eliminate the risk of injury. Unfortunately, such cases occur in international sports practice as well.
The professional community is concerned that this incident is being viewed as intentional harm, and that a severe preventive measure has been applied to the coach at a stage when the investigation is still ongoing. This is a serious signal for coaches: an accident during training can be perceived as a crime. The Federation insists that the assessment of the situation should be based on objective expertise, taking into account the opinions of specialists in sports medicine and training methods. It is important to establish the actual circumstances without emotional pressure and premature conclusions.
We hope for a fair and professional approach from the competent authorities, considering the specifics of sports activities and the principle of presumption of innocence.

- We express deep concern regarding this incident. Such cases provoke serious reactions both from young athletes, who must trust their coaches and the training process, and from parents who entrust their children to sports organizations. We understand how important the reputation of our sport and the future of youth are.We sincerely sympathize with the young athlete and her family. An injury is not only a physical trial but also a significant emotional stress. We also understand the feelings of those who closely perceive this incident, and we treat this with respect.
Nevertheless, we emphasize that the circumstances of the incident should be assessed only based on objective analysis. Media reports suggest an intentional nature of the harm caused; however, such conclusions need to be thoroughly verified. The legal qualification can only be established based on the results of a comprehensive examination involving relevant specialists. The Federation is confident that only an honest and detailed approach to establishing the actual circumstances will allow for a fair assessment. We hope that the examination will be conducted comprehensively and impartially, considering the specifics of the training process. In conclusion, we once again express our sincere sympathy to the athlete and her loved ones, wishing her a speedy recovery and a return to active life.
