As part of this decree, a plan of activities and a matrix of indicators for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the program were also approved.
This decision is aimed at creating favorable conditions for the mass participation of citizens in football, improving the skill level of athletes, and promoting a healthy lifestyle among the youth.
Government bodies and local self-governments involved in the implementation of the activity plan, as well as the association of legal entities "Kyrgyz Football Union" (by agreement), are obliged to:
1) strictly adhere to the established deadlines for the implementation of the activity plan;
2) annually develop and carry out their work plans based on the general plan;
3) provide a report on the progress of the activity plan to the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports under the Cabinet of Ministers no later than the 5th day of the month following the reporting half-year.
The decree will come into effect ten days after its official publication.
