Winter Olympics: Timur Shakirov Unable to Finish in First Attempt in Slalom
On February 16, medals were contested in the "slalom" discipline, which had 96 participants registered.
Shakirov started with number 84; however, unfortunately, he was unable to complete the course and exited the track.
At the moment, more than half of the participants who started in the first attempt also could not finish the run. Among them was the current Olympic champion from Brazil, Lucas Pinheiro Broten, who took first place in the giant slalom on February 14.
Thus, Timur Shakirov is out of the medal race in the slalom.
