The opening of the tournament took place with the participation of Ulan Kydyrbaev, the Deputy Director of the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports, as well as representatives of the Wrestling Federation, coaches, athletes, and spectators. Participants noted that this tournament plays a key role in preparing the reserve team of the national team and in the development of youth sports in the country.
Athletes who take prize places (1st–3rd) will receive medals and diplomas, and will also have the opportunity to join the Kyrgyzstan national team to participate in international championships scheduled for 2026, including the Asian and World Championships, as well as qualifying tournaments.
The main goal of the competitions is to promote women's wrestling, improve the skill level of participants, and promote a healthy lifestyle.
On the first day of the tournament, competitions are held among girls in the weight categories: 40, 43, 46, 49, 53, 57, 61, 65, 69, and 73 kg. The final matches are scheduled for 17:00.
