Sofia Babunova will participate in the individual time trial over 15.8 km among junior girls, while Mukhammed Ali Matkarimov will compete in the 24.6 km race for participants under 23 years old.
Additionally, Artyom Shapilov will take part in the individual time trial over a distance of 31 km.
