Midfielder Arsen Sharshenbekov, representing the Kyrgyzstan national football team, will miss the match against Jordan.
According to information provided by Sport AKIpress from the Kyrgyz Football Union, Sharshenbekov continues to serve a suspension for his red card in the first match of the tournament against Saudi Arabia (0:1).
In that match, he stepped on an opponent's foot, and only after reviewing VAR did referee Fu Ming decide on the red card.
The player was handed a two-match suspension.
Thus, Sharshenbekov has already missed the match against Vietnam (1:2) and will not take the field in the game against Jordan. He will only have the opportunity to play in this tournament if the Kyrgyzstan national team advances to the playoffs.
