The new sample driver's licenses that will be issued in Kyrgyzstan starting in 2025 comply with all the requirements of the Vienna Convention. This provides Kyrgyz citizens with the opportunity to obtain the qualification card "Code 95" without obstacles for employment in European Union countries. This was announced at a press conference at the "Kabar" agency by Adilet Seitaliyev, head of the driver licensing department of the State Center for Road Transport and Vehicle Safety.

The "Code 95" card is a mandatory document that confirms the professional qualification of drivers of categories C, D, and E. Having this document is necessary for working in transport companies in the EU and for carrying out commercial transport, both freight and passenger.

Seitaliyev also explained that the duration of the courses for obtaining "Code 95" depends on the date of obtaining the first driver's license:

Adilet Seitaliyev noted that the new driver's licenses of Kyrgyzstan do not create legal problems when obtaining permits in Europe.

"Currently, there has not been a single case where our citizens have been unable to obtain "Code 95" due to the new licenses not meeting international standards. The design and technical specifications of our licenses are fully accepted by both foreign employers and regulatory authorities," said Seitaliyev.
