According to local authorities, 37 families in difficult financial situations who receive child benefits became holders of certificates after successfully passing the commission's selection.
From 2022 to 2025, 345 low-income families are already participating in this program in Talas. For 2026, Talas has been allocated 68 social contracts. Mayor Nurgazy Asylbekov attended the event and expressed hope that the certificate recipients would wisely manage the government assistance.
“Within three years, you are required to exit the category of low-income families, become successful entrepreneurs, and contribute to the development of Kyrgyzstan's economy,” the mayor emphasized.
The implementation of the "Social Contract" program is carried out in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 385 dated July 15, 2022.
