Today, February 23, within the framework of the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution adopted on July 15, 2022, under number 385 "On the Approval of the Regulation on Providing Social Assistance Based on Social Contracts," as well as the resolution dated March 28, 2025, with number 164, the Leilek District Department of Labor, Social Welfare, and Migration handed out certificates to 33 families who entered into social contracts.
Among these citizens, recipients of the "Üy-bülöge kömök" assistance were selected, and they intend to start their own businesses in various fields.
The certificate presentation took place with the participation of the district akim A. Zhenishbek, who also provided wheelchairs to four citizens with disabilities.
