During the meeting, reports were presented regarding support measures for children with disabilities, preventive activities, and the development of inclusive education for children with special educational needs.
Particular attention was paid to the implementation of early diagnosis methods and the discussion of the problems of their implementation in the regions of the country.
The participants of the meeting also reviewed a draft action plan aimed at creating conditions for psychological, medical, and pedagogical support for people with psychophysical development features from 2026 to 2030.
“Ensuring the rights and improving the quality of life for children with special needs is one of the most important issues facing the state. We are responsible for the future of every child,” emphasized Edil Baisalov.
As a result of the discussion, proposals were developed, and further steps were outlined to improve state policy in this area.
