Members of the council and representatives of various state, international, and non-governmental organizations participated in the discussion. During the meeting, reports were heard on the support of children with disabilities, as well as on measures to prevent disabilities, including the dissemination of screening methods and related issues. The development of inclusive education for children with special needs was discussed, and a draft action plan for the implementation of the Program for Psychological, Medical, and Pedagogical Support of Persons with Psychophysical Developmental Features for 2026-2030 was presented, which will be implemented in Kyrgyzstan.
