Income increase expected from April 1
Starting from April 1, artists without work experience will receive about 35,000 soms after the salary increase. This was announced by Nuradil Karypbaev, head of the staffing and salary analysis department of the Ministry of Finance, on the program "Elden sobol".
Currently, the amount that artists receive in hand is approximately 16,000 soms.
“For the main staff of all cultural institutions, a presidential compensation payment of 15,000 soms for a full position will be introduced. If an employee is registered part-time, they will receive 7,500 soms,” Karypbaev specified.
In addition, technical junior support staff will also receive an additional presidential compensation of 5,000 soms.
