Cameras "Avtohuragan" Installed on Several Highways

According to reports from the GUBDD, new "Avtohuragan" complexes have been installed on the roads. These devices are capable of recording various traffic violations, including:

lack of driver protection (not using seat belts);
lane violations (crossing into oncoming traffic);
exceeding the established speed limit;
failure to comply with road sign instructions;
recording unpaid fines using "Safe City" cameras.

The "Avtohuragan" complexes are now operational on such routes as Bishkek - Kordai, Bishkek - Naryn - Torugart, as well as Bishkek - Balakchy - Cholpon-Ata - Karakol.
