As part of the inspection, the "Yug Kyrgyz Cement" plant located in the rural area of Kulatov was evaluated.
The main objective of this inspection was to determine how well the construction work at the site complies with state standards and requirements for seismic safety. Specialists analyzed the project documentation and conducted the necessary technical measurements to assess the reliability of the building's structural elements. Upon completion of the assessment, the institute will prepare a report on the technical condition of the construction structures and provide recommendations for their further operation.
