To maintain public order in these locations, police officers will be deployed.
Colonel of Police Ulan Zhukenov, head of the Internal Affairs Department of the Batken region, conducted a check of the personnel in connection with the celebrations of Orozo Ait and Nowruz. During the inspection, uniforms and identification were checked, additional inspections were carried out, and instructions were given from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
This check is aimed at ensuring safety and order during the holidays, preparing staff for work, preventing offenses and road incidents.
Increased readiness of police officers will be in effect from March 20 to March 22.
There are 142 mosques in the Batken region where the Eid prayer will take place, and police officers will be assigned to ensure safety in these locations.
