In the quarterfinals, Usman secured a victory over Algerian Abdelmajid Khouri. However, in the semifinals, he was unable to overcome his Kazakh opponent Timur Taibekov, which concluded his participation in the tournament with a bronze medal.
It is worth noting that in August 2025, Kaparov had already won bronze at the Asian Youth Championship, highlighting his consistent achievements on the international stage.
