The aim of this event was to implement the decrees of the President of Kyrgyzstan regarding "Additional measures for the comprehensive study and popularization of the trilogy of the epic 'Manas' — the precious spiritual heritage of the Kyrgyz people, including the epics 'Manas', 'Semetey', and 'Seitek', as well as decrees on national tradition and on the 'National spirit — global height'.
As a result of the competition, two kindergartens received tickets to the regional review-competition: "Akjar Sezimi" from Akkelte and the institution named after A. Kurmanaliev ("Tengir Uulu Er Manas").
