Members of the working group assessed the readiness of the venues for competitive performances and festival events, as well as discussed organizational and technical issues related to the accommodation of participants and coordination of all involved services.
Special attention was paid to the interaction between those responsible for different locations and competition nominations, as well as ensuring the safety of participants.
It should be noted that from March 23 to 28, Bishkek will host the First Youth Delphi Games, which will gather talented youth from participating countries in the fields of culture and art.
The program of these Games includes eight competition nominations. The event will feature areas such as piano, visual arts, folk and pop singing, folk dance, as well as DJing. The festival part includes nominations for folk instruments and artistic crafts.
