Erbol Karagulov and Altynai Mayrambekova became parents of triplets on October 25, 2024, and in connection with this, they received a certificate for an apartment in one of the under-construction mortgage buildings in Naryn.
As Karagulov notes, despite having the certificate, they have not received an official document of ownership rights.
The family pointed out in their appeal the difficulties associated with the lack of their own housing. “We, a young family with triplets, need a roof over our heads. Currently, we do not have our own home, and we are forced to rent an apartment for 25,000 soms a month. Moving with three infants is extremely difficult. Therefore, we appeal to you, dear President, asking for help in obtaining the official decree for an apartment in Naryn,” the text of the appeal states.
Turmush requested clarifications from the Naryn city administration, where they reported that after receiving the certificate, citizens need to independently submit an application to the Presidential Administration to complete the legal procedures.
Turmush previously reported that the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers — Chairman of the State Committee for National Security Kamchybek Tashiev visited the family with the triplets during a working trip to Naryn on November 4.
The triplets were born on October 25, 2024, at the maternity hospital of the Naryn regional unified hospital to Erbol Karagulov and Altynai Mayrambekova.
The girls were named Ajar, Saadat, and Anara.
The head of the State Committee for National Security, Tashiev, handed over 500,000 soms and documents for a three-room apartment in Naryn from President Sadyr Japarov.
Doctors reported that the condition of Altynai and the newborns at the time of discharge was assessed as stable.
