The Judicial Enforcement Service under the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic reports that preliminary data indicates that the death of Kubanychbek Kapalov is not related to his professional activities.
The body of Kapalov, with a gunshot wound, was found in a vehicle in the village of Baytik. Information about this incident was received by the Lenin District Department of Internal Affairs in the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated, and investigative measures are currently underway to clarify all circumstances. A service investigation into this incident has also been launched.
The Judicial Enforcement Service urges the public and journalists to wait for the official conclusions of the investigation and to refrain from premature conclusions.
It is important to note that Kubanychbek Kapalov previously held the position of Deputy Head of the Judicial Enforcement Service under the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
