It became known that Alexey Leonidovich Subachev passed away on March 12, 2023. The leadership, the Veterans Council, and the staff of the SCNS of the Kyrgyz Republic extended their sincere condolences to his family.
Alexey Subachev was born in 1959 and received his education at the Bishkek Polytechnic Institute in the field of "energy." He began his career in the national security agencies in December 1992, and since September 1999, he held leadership positions. His last position was as the head of the SNB detention center of the Kyrgyz Republic.
For his achievements, Subachev was awarded the badge "Millet." Colleagues describe him as a responsible and technically skilled officer with a strong sense of duty.
“He raised more than one generation of security officers, teaching them honesty and fairness, respect for the traditions of security agencies, and love for the Motherland. Alexey Leonidovich will be remembered as a kind, responsive person, a reliable comrade, and a true friend,” the SCNS statement emphasizes.
