On March 12, 2026, it was announced about the passing of retired Colonel Alexey Subachev, as reported by the GKNB.
The leadership and the Council of Veterans of the GKNB expressed their sincere condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased.
Information about the deceased: Alexey Subachev was born in 1959 and received his education at the Bishkek Polytechnic Institute, where he studied energy.
He began his career in the national security agencies of Kyrgyzstan in December 1992. For almost ten years, until July 2002, Subachev served in the MNB, SNB, and GKNB of the Kyrgyz Republic, holding leadership positions since September 1999.
His last position was the head of the pre-trial detention center of the SNB of Kyrgyzstan. He was also awarded the badge "Millet".
The GKNB noted that colleagues will remember Alexey Subachev as a responsible and professional worker with a strong sense of duty, as well as a person who contributed to the training of young specialists in the field of security.
