In the Osh region, employees of the State Tax Service conducted a raid, during which illegal medicinal products were discovered. The press service of the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic reported this incident.
During the inspection at the pharmacy owned by LLC "Apteka Keidji," medications were found that are not registered with the Department of Medicines and Medical Devices of the Ministry of Health, with a total value of 269,989 soms.
Furthermore, the inspection revealed that this pharmacy did not have the necessary permits for the storage and sale of medicines.
Violations of tax legislation were also recorded, including the sale of goods without reflecting income through electronic invoices, the absence of tax reporting for some employees, and the use of a malfunctioning cash register (KKM).
As a result of the inspection, appropriate acts were drawn up, and measures will be taken in accordance with current legislation.
