During a recent raid conducted by the employees of the State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan, illegal pharmaceuticals were found in one of the pharmacies in the city of Osh.
The inspection carried out at the pharmacy of LLC "Apteka Keidji" revealed the presence of medications that are not registered with the Department of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices of the Ministry of Health. These drugs were imported into the country illegally, and their total value amounted to 269,989 soms.
Furthermore, it was established that the pharmacy was operating without the necessary permits for the sale and storage of medications.
During the inspection, violations of tax legislation were also identified. In particular, sales were conducted without reflecting income in electronic invoices, tax reporting for some employees was not submitted, and the cash register was used in a malfunctioning state.
