
During a raid conducted by the State Tax Service, a pharmacy network in the city of Osh was identified, where counterfeit medicines were found. This was reported by the press service of the State Tax Service.
The inspection concerning the pharmacy owned by the LLC "Apteka Keidji" revealed that unregistered drugs were being sold. It turned out that these medications had been imported into the country illegally.
The total value of the seized medications amounted to 269,989 soms.
As a result of the inspection, the inspectors found that this pharmacy was operating without the necessary licenses for the storage and sale of medicines.
Serious violations of tax legislation were also identified. The sale of goods was conducted without accounting for receipts in electronic invoices. Some hired employees were not accounted for in the tax reporting, and the cash register was in a defective state.

Employees of the State Tax Service drew up acts of violation. Based on the collected materials, the agency will take appropriate measures in accordance with the law.
