The Bishkek city hall announced the partial opening of the northern side of the bridge located on Jibek-Jolu Avenue, which will take place on March 10 in the afternoon.
Previously, the width of the bridge was 9 meters, but during the reconstruction, it was expanded to 13 meters.
Considering the worsening weather conditions and for the convenience of residents, one side of the bridge will be available for vehicle traffic. The second side is expected to open by the end of March.
At the moment, the relevant services continue to work on the complete completion of the reconstruction.
