In Kyrgyzstan, 6,500 cases of ARVI and influenza were registered in a week
Experts noted that compared to the previous week, the incidence decreased by 14.7 percent.
Among all the patients, 65.9 percent are children under 14 years old, which accounts for about 4,300 cases.
Epidemiological surveillance of severe acute respiratory infections and influenza-like illnesses continues in Bishkek, Osh, and Tokmok.
Medical professionals strongly recommend that citizens adhere to preventive measures, avoid large gatherings of people, and refrain from self-medication, instead seeking treatment at local clinics at the first signs of illness.
