Today, March 9, the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic reviewed the appeal of Kloop media against the decision of the October District Court of Bishkek, which recognized the materials posted on their website as extremist.
As reported by the publication's lawyer Nurbek Toktakunov, the judges of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic rejected the appeal and quickly issued the corresponding decision.
It should be noted that the October District Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit demanding to recognize the materials of Kloop media, Temirov Live, and "Ait ait dese," as well as the activities of their leaders Rinat Tukhvatshin and Bolot Temirov, as extremist.
The court granted the prosecutor's claim on October 27, 2025, recognizing the publications Temirov Live, Kloop.kg, and "Ait ait dese" as extremist.
At the same time, Interpol refused Kyrgyzstan's request to search for Kloop co-founder Rinat Tukhvatshin.
