On March 9, the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic reviewed the appeal filed by Kloop media regarding the decision of the October District Court, which had previously recognized the materials of the website as extremist.

According to information provided by Kloop's lawyer Nurbek Toktakunov, the Supreme Court judges quickly decided not to consider the appeal.

It is worth recalling that the October Prosecutor's Office of Bishkek filed a lawsuit requesting the recognition of the materials of Kloop media, as well as Temirov Live and "Ayt ait dese," as extremist, citing data provided by the State Committee for National Security (GKNB). This petition was granted on October 27, 2025, and the mentioned publications were recognized as extremist.

It is noteworthy that Interpol rejected Kyrgyzstan's request to search for Kloop co-founder Rinat Tukhvatshin.
