The Supreme Court confirmed the decision to recognize Kloop's materials as extremist.
According to the publication's lawyer, Nurbek Toktakunov, the judicial panel quickly reviewed the case and upheld the decisions previously made by the October and Bishkek City Courts, which recognized Kloop Media's materials as extremist.
It is worth noting that on October 27, the October District Court declared not only the materials of Kloop.kg extremist but also the content of the media projects Temirov Live and "Ayt Ayt Dese," as well as the activities of journalists Bolot Temirov and Rinat Tukhvatshin, who participated in these projects.
According to the adopted decision, users are prohibited from expressing support for these media on social networks, including likes and sharing materials, as this may be interpreted as support for an extremist organization.
The media projects Temirov Live and "Ayt Ayt Dese" were founded by investigative journalist Bolot Temirov, who was expelled from the country in 2022 following a court ruling declaring his citizenship illegal. Temirov's passport was deemed invalid.
