The Justice Council of the Kyrgyz Republic has completed the candidate selection process for the positions of judges of the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court, and local courts, admitting more than 280 applicants. Four of them did not pass the selection due to deficiencies in the submitted documents and non-compliance with the requirements.

According to the press service of the Justice Council, the review of applications from candidates for vacant judicial positions has recently been completed.
Nine people are competing for one vacant position on the Constitutional Court, while 12 people are vying for two positions on the Supreme Court.

For 13 vacant positions in local courts, 265 people submitted their documents. After the initial review, 260 of them were allowed to participate in the competition. One candidate decided to withdraw their application and not continue further.
